Project proposal summary

The project focus is:

  • to explain the 2003–2004 Don College Values Project outcomes to the statewide cluster
  • to explain the Values Mapping Model developed by Don College to the statewide cluster
  • to have the Values Mapping Model undertaken throughout the statewide cluster and to document the results
  • to identify youth leadership and youth stewardship opportunities
  • from the identified youth leadership and youth stewardship opportunities create an ‘opportunities grid’ which can be replicated in any college
  • to identify the values underpinning the ‘opportunities grid’ and to bring all of the findings together into a ‘report’ which will then be distributed statewide
  • this report and the accompanying manual will provide a ‘Citizenship Capacity Building Model’.
